The collector called me to collect a debt from the beginning of I asked for an itemized statement, one could not be provided I asked why I was laughed at and told They would have to call the office which sent me to collections and also stated I was incorrect in the fair debt act I asked for a supervisor, explained the situation, again, why I wanted the statement because the dates did not add up, and was told I have no idea how they receive their information she then wanted to verify my address after she could not answer my questions I would not verify and she disconnected the call I called back and demanded all correspondence including phone calls and letters be stopped They can not act professionally so I can not deal with them professionallyI would hope anyone who actually needs to collect a debt would do their research before using this company They can not prove what the debt is and I do not believe I owe the debt Why would I pay it? They also stated they already put it on my credit report Which, does me no good to pay it now, and they also laughed about that as well Pass on this company
