Spoke to gentleman who did the work [redacted] , said that he stripped the bottom of the tub, sanded the sides of the tub, said they only respond to complaints by going back out to the home and making the repairs, gets the jobs from a company in Arizona called Bathtub refinishing and they use the address that belongs to Advantage Refinishers
This customer called for a verbal estimate and said she had a standard tubThey quoted her a price for the standard tub, which she approved When they arrived to do the work, it was actually a jacuzzi tub Before they began, they told the customer the price would be more, which she agreed They removed the fixtures and told the customer to wait so many hours and put the fixtures back on once the work was completedThat is common practice There was never any mention about them returning to put the fixtures on and the customer acted like she understood this Nothing was promised that wasn't done
