Replaced my roof after significant hail damage. They worked with my insurance and were very reasonable! They were very responsive and actually completed job sooner than expected. New roof looks fantastic, really sharp. Crew worked efficiently and very hard. They cleaned up everything beautifully and didn't even look like they were there! I am a single parent with 2 kids so I am extremely grateful for the reasonable price and professional workmanship.
On August 30 and 31, 2017 we had a new roof put on. We were given two quotes, one with gutters and one without. Since we could only get financed for the roof, and our gutters still worked, we agreed to having roof done only. Roofers did a great job. Then on November 5 (Sunday) during a rainstorm, *** noticed the gutters were pouring water where they should not be. He went out to take a closer look. That's when he discovered that the rain water flowed away from down spouts or collected in the center on others, some connecters were missing, others were connected on a downward angle instead of leveled or slightly tilted upward. This would cause water to work along the connection point and enter the overhang. Which could cause even more and worse problems. Advantage Roofing sent some (Jesse) guys out that went over it with ***. He said they would give us a discount on new gutters or come fix problems. A couple days went by and I called, spoke with *** regarding discount. It was the same price as Bill the salesman gave me. I feel they were more focused on selling us gutters rather than fixing problem. After pondering all of this, I called office on Mon November 27 spoke to lady who answered phone, told her all of the things since the beginning of this project(mind you, not one person has called to see about fixing problem)and wanted to speak to a manager. Haven't heard from anyone since my call. We have pictures of everything including holes that needed patching etc. if needed.

Other (requires explanation) We spent $530.43 on materials for gutters. Not including the several hours to replace. Would like help with cost. We had a new roof put on and with it being rainy and snow season, this shouldn't have been overlooked, ignored or forgotten.

On August 5th, 2017 our Estimator received a signed proposal to replace a roof. Because of limited funds, the homeowner had crossed out, and initialed line item #16 on the on the proposal, that read "New gutters with downspouts" declining that particular service from us.
We completed the roof on August 31, 2017 and received a signed "Statement of Satisfaction and Completion" form from the customer, approving all the work performed. In addition to signing the form, the homeowner double underlined the word "Satisfaction", and in her own handwriting wrote, "Above and beyond satisfactory, amazing guys."
In early November, the homeowner called about poor performance of their existing gutters and downspouts. We then sent a repair technician to inspect the gutters. After inspecting the performance issues, or technician had the conversation that due to the age, and the wear and tear of the existing system, the gutters and downspouts should be replaced.
The homeowner called the office to get a new quote on replacing the existing system. They were given a discounted price of $860 for labor and materials. They felt that this was too high of a price and they would just do the work themselves.
On November 27th, I was given a message to call the homeowner because they were unhappy with the outcome of the gutters. I called and left a message on November 28th and did not hear back from anyone. I tried to call again on December 7th and left an additional message with no response.
Our official stance on this issue is that after almost 20 years in business, we do not overlook, ignore or forget about our customers. Because we sell our services at a fair price, we offered two quotes to the homeowners with one being discounted, to replace the old gutters, for which they were both declined due to the cost. The customer chose to perform the work for themselves, which is always an alternative to purchasing our services.

When the inspector came out, told *** they would come back to fix, regardsless of age or ware and tear of gutters. They were STILL working. When my husband told me price, I called and spoke with Jay about price. When he explained it added up same as salesman, Bill. I wondered the thought. Never agreeing or denied. I wanted to speak to a manager, who never called. Only salesman, ***. (That's not the maager) only received one message. Yes, we are very satisfied with work. Not with the way they handled putting gutters back up. I, again never agreed or disagree. 2 weeks and no call from the manager. NEVER declined, still waiting to speak to a mgr. Only one message(he knows both numbers) left on home. Wasn't one I wanted to speak to. Technician did a sale pitch with discount or would come and fix. Jay in office told me more $$. NEVER had an answer for them, since I wanted to speak to manager that has never called. They definitely did a good job, everyone was pleasant. Not asking for all of it. Just help. And as far as contract we signed. We only we're approved for $10,000. Not because we declined. Wasn't in budget.
