[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We at Baychar auto service take safety very seriously and find the use of the word excuse to be purposefully hurtful and misguidedOur service advisor *** feels even more strongly that the safety of the customers family was paramount as *** has been close with his family for yearsThe
Nissan Murano that was brought in with approximately 120,miles had multiple different issues including a disconnected exhaust, multiple engine oil leaks, a ripped right front axle boot, and ball joints with a dangerous amount of looseness in themThe front end of the vehicle was also making numerous different noises from the loose parts and failed axleAt the time of drop off the Customer did state that his intention was to have the loud noises from the front end repaired as his wife was concerned that "a wheel would come off"He also stated that he had had the front control arms replaced with inferior parts with no warrantyBreak down or wheel detachment certainly could have happened in the right front of the vehicle prior to repair, once Repairs were completed another test drive was taken and the confirmation of noise from the right front strut mount was also made, at that time a call was made to the customer to inform them of the cause of the noise and the option was given to repair the vehicles front struts as wellThe customer was informed that the front strut noise was, and is, not a safety issue at that timeWhen the customers came to retrieve their vehicle they were then argumentative for another minutes (past time of business closing) at which point the noise and possible repairs were discussed at length againThe customer then chose to contact *** at pm on a private number to complain again but at no point contacted the business to set up a time or appointment for strut replacement to repair the non safety related noise that was described to the customers multiple timesWe are glad to resolve the issue but are unsure what action the customer would like to take
