We are honest, hard working people and resent them insinuating we are dishonest

[redacted] we still stand by our response that they did the damage. Buyers need to be warned that if they are buying something from bzak that will be loaded in their truck, they need to have a manager come out and inspect their truck before it is loaded. Then is damage is done they have a bzak witness and hopefully bzak will pay for it. Still find it amazing they originally agreed to pay for the damage until they found out it was $900. Terrible company and buyers need to be aware of the kind of company they are telling with. On top of the truck damage it was terrible topsoil. Had a lot of clay. So we lost all way round.

There was no report of damage until after the vehicle left our property and returned. There was no evidence of damage during the loading of the pickup truck and had a Bobcat been responsible there would likely be much more damage.
