My husband and I turned in our tax paperwork (w2's, itemized deductions), and sat down with the owner to submit this information to her on April 10th About a month later an employee named Joe called and wanted my son's social security number I was surprised because I believe that I had provided social security numbers for all members of my family back on April 10thAnyway I gave it to himNow it's May 31st and I still have not heard from the business regarding my taxes whether they have been completed or notI'm getting frustrated because it has been so long and I have not heard any word regarding them So I call back May 31st, and I speak to Joe and he tells me again that he needs my son's social security number because he lost and misplaced itand he tell's me the business has about customers and that is why it has taken so longI think that this conduct is totally unprofessionalThis has never happened to me beforeMy experience has always been to sit down with the tax preparer and review the information and then the preparer will prepare them on the computer I pay for the service and go on my wayBut to drop my tax papers off and not have them done within a couple of weeks and then to keep telling me they need my son's social security number is just totally frustratingI will probably not use their service ever again .I asked to speak to the owner and my messages are not getting to her because I have not heard back from the owner who we me with back on April 10th

I was surprised because I believe that I had provided social security numbers for all members of my family back on April 10th. Anyway I gave it to him.. Now it's May 31st and I still have not heard from the business regarding my taxes whether they have been completed or not.
