The demonstration of their product was so thorough that I chose to have all new windows installed, front main entry door as well as screen door and sliding doors to the patio, which have added tremendous security The installation crew as well as the office staff have been both very helpful and professional They also provide a 1-year, 5-year, and 10-year inspection of the product along with a lifetime warranty I would highly recommend them

Peoples Products was the best decision I made for my house renovation They have a great quality product, the crew working were the best! They even finished ahead of schedule!

Initial price seemed too highProduct was excellent and installation was very good except caulk used on trim (white) was not very resistant to mildewNo problem with windows or initial installationwindows seem durable and still work well after seven years except some white caulk has black mildew stainTwo window panels have required replacement and Peoples Products provided replacement windows promptly

Very aggressive, relentless, sales effort, to the point I signed a contract primarily to get the sales person out of my houseHe wanted wife present to take advantage of any differences between the pair

Peoples products replaced my windows, and the service they provide was absolutely wonderfulthey were very professional, quick, and clean, and their Windows save me a lot of money and HeatingI would recommend them to anyonethank you people's productsCan't beat the lifetime warranty

Peoples Products solicits business door-to-door by offering a free "energy audit" and then sending out a salesman to attempt to sell the customer a variety of products, including ceiling insulation and replacement windows The salesman who visited us spent two hours on the "audit," then proceeded to give a lengthy show-and-tell about the products he had to offer He resisted quoting a price; even saying at one point that the krypton-filled glass in the windows was "free" while neglecting to say that the frames and insulation would cost over $each He disparaged the suggestion that second- and third opinions were a prudent policy He played fast and loose with his figures, suggesting at one point that the cost of the windows would increase the equity in the house, which was like "money in the pocket."
The initial sales call took nearly five hours, even after we had indicated that we wanted him to hurry up and give us a figure as to the costIn the end, we agreed to purchase windows But we reconsidered, and cancelled the contract after our investigation raised serious doubts about the cost effectiveness of the productThe same sales person came to our house again to give us the canceled contract - and then refused to leave! I had to threaten to call the police and have him charged with trespassing before he would pack up and goThis firm uses very aggressive salesmanship designed to trap the unwary The salesman's conduct was unacceptable by any reasonable standard The high-pressure approach, including offers of "this-day-only" types of "discounts," cast serious doubts as to the trustworthiness of this company

The other negative reviews are right on point for the experience I just hadI agreed to a siding and insulation estimate and they threwin a free energy inspectionThey were scheduled to come on Tuesday at I get a call at 6:saying their siding expert isn't around, they need to rescheduleFine, I'll reschedule for Saturday at Someone pulls into the driveway at 2:One guy rolled up in an AudiBrought in a backpackI'm thinking 'how are you going to do an energy inspection (valued at $149) with that? The energy inspection wasn't impressiveTold me what I already knew about buying an old homeThe guy misidentified the expansion chamber on my furnace for the hot water tankThe sales guy didn't carry any literature on their "high end, best materials out there"Weird, right? He used the scare tactic of telling me about the harmful materials in every insulation except what they carryThe whole "you wouldn't want harmful chemicals in your home, now would you??"The whole "it's expensive, but so worth it"Ok, Donald TrumpLong story short, he spent FOUR hours at my houseThe last trying to pressure me into giving him a down payment right then and there for a job that'd total almost $30,Gave me a line about the grants and whatnot only allowing them to do a one day only offerHe definitely did not want to let me think about itTried to show me financing that'd make the payments low, but still cost moreHe got a little unnerved at the end when I wouldn't sign up for itI asked to be emailed a quoteThey don't do thatHe had an excel sheet running numbersBut blanked when I asked for a quote in writingWhich is funny because at the beginning they say they'll give you a quote, good for one year with no pressureWhat a lineHe got very flustered and frustratedAnd he was the Sales Director! Even pulled the "let me call my boss, the owner of the company..." moveAnd proceeded to tell his boss that I don't see the value of improving my homeThat I didn't understandWould not relent until I said "enough"It looks like they try to prey on either older folks, or people who just don't know betterIn any case never go with someone who tries to get your money right then and thereThere are better, more honest folks out there

I Am very sorry that you had any difficulties with our company whatsoeverI have taken your name out of our database, and we will not contact you againI am available to discuss this if you care to talk to me directly at ###-###-#### * **Again, I am very sorry for any confusion or difficulties

Needed to replace original patio door and windows in condo unitNew replacements made unit draft free and reduced outside noiseInstallation was fastFinancing issues were resolved to allow installation on a timely basisFive years out product is still working out great

Very satisfied with the work that Peopleshe Products completed for us. I would highly recommended them as they work with you to accomplish what you need completed. They completed the work as promised. Very professional.

I had 4 double hung HR40 Windows installed on my porch addition, and 1 [redacted] basement window installed. Job was completed from removal of old, to cleanup after install, in 5 hrs with two installers that showed much experience working with each other. On a back porch that has been cold for 30 yrs, my wife and myself noticed actual warmth to that part of the house that it never had. Amazing what good quality Windows can do. So impressed with this product and the company that stands behind it.

Just finished installation of 17 double hung windows and they look great. Leon and his crew did a great job and cleaned up whatever mess they made. Though the project was pricey I can feel the difference in the room temps already. They were done as promised between Christmas and New Years and the temps have been cold. I would recommend these windows should I come across anyone who is looking to replace their windows.

Very happy with company and product . The installers were very professional and did a great job .When they were finished with the job you could not even tell some one was there , had several windows including a large picture window installed and it was started and finished in the same day. One year after installation we had a window break I called the company and the widow was quickly replaced . Great company to deal with my Husband and I would recommend them to any one .

Peoples Products had its good parts and bad parts.

our overall view of this company is somewhat neutral. Their workmanship and product quality is good. Their crew did a very good job installing the windows in our house. We had 1 large 5 unit 'bow" unit in the front and 2 double hungs in the rear. My gut feeling is that I spent much too much. This winter has been a very mild one, so it has been very hard to determine if these windows actually saved us anything.

To Whom This May Concern:

Our company has been in direct contact with the [redacted] family prior to receiving this correspondence, and had arranged to come out this Wednesday, 10/29/14 at 4pm to discuss their concerns with them. We are wondering why they filed this complaint...

after we had all agreed to meet and discuss it.
We will fill you in as to what the outcome of our visit is, and as always, it will be our intention to satisfy our customer to the best of our ability.

We had our windows installed on Apr 21-22. Without a doubt, they are the finest replacement windows on the market. Bob (the installer) was very, very meticulous on every aspect of the installation. My wife and I are positive we made the right decision by going with Peoples Products Windows. We highly recommend them.

I had my roof installed by Peoples Products. I like the idea that the roof is a lifetime guarantee. It very nice to not have to worry about. When I had questions they were all answered which was very nice. I'm looking to have new windows installed and I'll be going back to Peoples Products for them.

[redacted] purchased Reflective Insulation, Blown in Insulation and  seven different items from our [redacted]). It would not be possible for us to have the two forms of...

insulation installed on the same day as both items are performed by different crews, specific to their specialty.  Nor was it ever promised to be installed on the same day.
The Reflective Insulation was installed on December 21, 2016. The customer signed a completion form at the end of the work, to verify that she was satisfied with the installation. The Blown in insulation and the [redacted]er Package  items were installed on January 4, 2017. There were two [redacted]r  items that were not compatible, and the customer opted for a credit on these items.        [redacted] refused to sign the finance completion form. She insisted that she wanted to pay the balance with her own funds, but would not have the money until the middle February. It was explained to her that this arrangement was unacceptable as her work was finished and her payment balance was due. Her choices were to either sign the completion form for the financing that she signed up for, per our contract, or pay us in full[redacted] was extremely belligerent and refused to pay her balance. In our next conversation with her she was upset that the Blown in insulation did not give her enough storage space in her attic. We sent our service technician to her house at our cost, and arranged additional storage per [redacted] request. She again refused to sign the finance completion.        In a conversation on January 18, 2017, [redacted] requested an additional invoice stating her balance owed including the deduction for the [redacted] items not installed. When [redacted] received the invoice, she was not satisfied with it. She now wanted another invoice which detailed every item listed on her contract and the subsequent refund items. Although this sort of invoice is above and beyond what we are required to provide to the customer (as all of these details are included on her copy of the contract), a new invoice was created for her. [redacted] also claimed at this point that a piece of her Reflective Insulation had fallen down. We arranged with [redacted]o send our service technician once again to fix the issue and deliver the new invoice. It was clearly stated that we would be there after 3:00 on January 25, 2017 and that we would be expecting payment when the service was completed, per our contract.        We arrived for the service before 3:00 and waited for the customer for over an hour. When she did not show up, we left the new invoice for her and left[redacted] now claims she never agreed to the time that was set for the service. Barbara now has the invoice she requested, and all that needs to be done is set up a confirmed date to perform the service and collect the balance owed.   If we do not receive appropriate cooperation and payment for services by the end of this week, we will be placing a mechanic's Lien on her property for breach of contract.   I can be reached at [redacted] to discuss if there are any questions.   [redacted] CEO/President, Evolutionary Home Energy Solutions, LLC,/ Peoples Products, Inc.
