ATS is one of the biggest scams I have come across in my professional careerHaving come from a military background and worked with over paid IT contractors, I can say with out a doubt that ATS takes the cakeThey will scam out every dollar they can from your business and take full advantage of people with little to no technology experience or understandingI have seen charges on our bill for applying automatic Microsoft windows updates that are already provided free of charge from MicrosoftI guess the charges are for them to remote login and hit the “apply updates” button for usThey will also use the threat of your data being deleted, hacked, or a virus being uploaded to your system if you ever try and drop themI would not hold it past them if they would purposefully upload a virus into one of your workstations in order to create an even larger fear of you being vulnerable with out their servicesThe biggest scam to date they have done to our company is charge us almost a 500% markup on Dell workstations that we purchased threw themThey where not configured any differently then if we would of just purchased them straight from DellWe operate a small company with just a handful of employees and this company has no shame when it comes to taking advantage of the company’s owner This owner has been loyal to this company for many years and yet with every passing year they continue to add additional cost in which they provide zero extra servicesYou would literally be better off hiring a full time IT manager because it would cost you less money and provide you with 100% better service then this company ever could
