I received a sample of the *** lumber from Advantage Lumber and it was of high quality and the website showed quality product and they also state that the product is A-grade since they sell inferior B-grade *** at a discountI placed am order with Advantage Lumber for $of product and it took them days to deliver this orderThey had quoted me 7-days to ship and we are both located in the northeastWhen I received the order many of the boards looked like they were B-grade and they were just dumping old inferior product on meI took pictures of the damaged and cracked boards and sent them in for them to seeThey would not respond to my questions about what they used to fill my order with but I am assuming they used boards that were 'picked through' like you may see at *** ***So I explained that I needed to have these replaced ASAP as I took vacation to complete my deck and that I was already behind because of their late shipping(they told me that they are busy so mayb

I ordered boxes of *** deck board clipsI specifically phoned in the order because I was concerned about getting the correct productI explained to the order taker that I already had Tigerwood brand deck boards and needed clips to fitHe did the order and shipped the clipsI now discover the clips are too large to fit in the deck boards I haveI phoned to get the correct clip size but was told they only come in one size and I was told my deck boards must be differentThey are in fact stamped and labeled TigerwoodWith no solution I requested they take them backI was told I would have to pay all shipping and a 25% restocking fee! Revdex.com spoke to John F. at business and the following was relayed: The customer is misinformed. The web page shows accurately that square stock is that dimension. If you scroll down to the actual product of T & G, it correctly states it's measurements as 3/4" x 3".

They purchased a type of wood, not a brand, from a different supplier which manufactured their product to use different clips. We have agreed to accept the return minus the credit card...
