On December 10th my trash can was collected by Adv Waste they claimed for failure to pay; I provided proof of payment through my bankOn December 10th my trash can was collected by Adv Waste they claimed for failure to pay; I provided proof of payment through my bankI was told three seperate times that my can would be returned by **; after the third week without a trash can and still no response as to when I would get my can back I called to cancel service on 12/22/14 and request a refund back. I spoke with [redacted] on 12/23/14 (whom which was very rude continiously interupted me and placed me on hold twice while in the middle of speaking) was told they still had no proof of payment and I would need to resend information from my bank; I proceeded to tell him that his company had the information they requested and was supposed to bring my trash can back but when I decided to cancel serivce and request a refund they all of a sudden did not have all the information I org provided and did not bother to call prior to let me know they did not have all the information Desired SettlementI am looking for a refund amount of 58.00 which was paid to teh company for my quartly trash pick up; I do not want this case closed by the Revdex.com until this issue has been resolved.
