Review: I paid for a rebuilt transmissionon 09/03/2015. I am told it is in transit, it is now 10/19/2015. I have repeatedly ask for a tracking number with no response. how long does it take to ship from NC to MSDesired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I took my 2002 Saturn Vue to this shop and was given a quote of $1750.00 to rebuild transmission.A 1 year warranty was placed on repairs. Deposit of $900 was paid 9/5/14 and balance was paid on9/22/14. I have been given nothing but run-around and unkept promises for return phone calls. My vehicle was taken back to this shop THREE times with the exact same problem over the past year. This last time, my vehicle was atAdvantage from 8/1/15-9/25/15 and is STILL not shifting properly.Desired Settlement: I feel as though the money paid to have my vehicle repaired was COMPLETELY wasted.
