I did speak with Ms [redacted] Bats hanging on outside of home is not a warranty issueWe did send a technician out when contacted earlier to check the sealing and it was in tactA bat or two hanging on outside of home also tells us the sealing is in tact or they would be entering the structureI also explained that if we hand removed the bats and they would most likely come backSo this in fact is not a warranty issue

We will be more than happy to reset and collect payment on date of reset scheduled if that will be satisfactory with customerIf that is satisfactory, I can contact him with the date of reset and remove last animal

I did respond via e-mail after groundhog was removedWe never received information regarding payment for the animal we removedWe have also been very generous in not charging for non-target captures even though it clearly states in our service agreement that non-target captures are charged at a
reduced rate because we still have to send a technician to the location to remove or release on siteLike any service company, if there is an outstanding balance service is not provided until payment is receivedI sent e-mail after I received e-mail from customer on October 11th stating we would reset after payment was received and I have not received that information to dateWe definitely have no problem resetting a trap after invoice is paid

This matter has been rectifiedThe valves were pulled the day before I received my e-mail This was scheduled earlier this spring, however was postponed because of weather issues.I did call customer to tell him that this in fact was done

Payment has been offered upon the resetting of the trap. If you reset the trap I will be happy to pay - provided you set multiple traps to capture all of the remaining groundhogs before the season ends. I'm happy to pay for removal of all groundhogs.
