Mr***, We apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, people are human and occasionally mistakes are made. We were there to install the door you ordered within the 8-week timeline estimate you were given on your contract. Our sales manager did offer a discount on
the door that was received. He did not realize that the door would not work for you. It was an offer to help make things right and not have you wait any longer. Per the contract we were trying to reorder the door to complete your project. Since we were expecting to replace the door, there was no need to repair the molding. You stated you did not want us to order a new door You sent us a letter and we have responded but have yet to hear back from you I apologize that MrH***, never returned your call, he is no longer working with usThank you for your feedback, we look forward to hearing from you soon MsW*** *** ***
