I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, if I begin to receive calls from this company again (after writing 2 formal complaints within 7 months time frame and being on the DONOTCALL.gov list) I will take legal action for unwanted solicitation and FTC violations.

The callback number changes because you're having automated robot spam call people, and then hang up once they say "hello?". This verifies a person is on the other end so you can KEEP spam calling them for unsolicited attempts to sell them crap they didnt ask for. The number I sat on hold with for 30 minutes was the main number on your website, that was after staying on hold for 20 minutes when immediately returning the call you sent me with your automated system... your CS rep was hardly a peach either.  I explained my problem and all she said (in broken English) was "Ok we'll remove you..." and hung up on me.
