I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The callback number changes because you're having automated robot spam call people, and then hang up once they say "hello?"This verifies a person is on the other end so you can KEEP spam calling them for unsolicited attempts to sell them crap they didnt ask forThe number I sat on hold with for minutes was the main number on your website, that was after staying on hold for minutes when immediately returning the call you sent me with your automated systemyour CS rep was hardly a peach either I explained my problem and all she said (in broken English) was "Ok we'll remove you..." and hung up on me Regards, [redacted] ***

However, if I begin to receive calls from this company again (after writing formal complaints within months time frame and being on the DONOTCALL.gov list) I will take legal action for unwanted solicitation and FTC violations
