Dear Madam or Sir, as stated the problem is that the server delivered in [redacted] is broken and Advantech claims that their return policy as published on the Web only allows for returns within the first days The server was first shipped 04/06/but returned as [redacted] does not ship internationally via standard shipment wherefore it was again shipped and received 06/05/ [redacted] first notified of broken server 06/28/that is days after receipt (actually earlier but do not have the emails to prove) Advantech is saying that the day tolling period begins from the first shipment although the client never received the goods
