Augusts 2015To Whom It May Concern:We are responding to a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com on 7/27/2015, ID [redacted] by customer [redacted] The customer is requesting a refund after lading to follow to the later the following entry rules and policies of the Children's Art Competition /Children's Art Exhibition.Please note that:The contestant's artwork was delivered by the post office several days after the deadline of submissionhad passed and after the exhibition date because the customer did not properly write the company's address (zip code) on the envelope:Advena World contacted the customer via email informing him that we did not receive the said artwork as per submission due date and also before the event-(See email- June 24).;The customer taught that the event will be held on June when in fact the event was held on June 24-(See customer's email- June 24).The registration fee was non-refundable based on the Entry RulesAdditionally, the customer found this note"non-refundable registration payment" on the ticket (SeeAdvena World website for full entry rules):The contestant's artwork was received several days after the event: therefore the envelope was returned to senderAdvena World explained the situation to the customer via email on June and the customer responded as follows: "I am frankly disheartened by the whole situationSorry that the letter did not arriveThis will be the first time that I have mailed a local letter USPS that wasn't delivered in a timely fashion"-(See customer's email- June 25)Please see attached the correspondences (emails) regarding this matterIf you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.RegardsEric S Executive Director
