We are sorry that Ms [redacted] feels her experience here has been so frustrating, however we disagree that we have been lacking in responding to her maintenance needs Regarding the recent kitchen incident she is referring to it was not a "flood" at all; she called our after-hours emergency maintenance personnel and stated her garbage disposal was clogged and that there was water on the floor but that she had already cleaned it up When our maintenance arrived at her apartment she had already left; our technician cleared rice and noodles from her disposal and pipes and that resolved the problem He found no water on the floor or any other signs of a "flood." There were dirty dishes in her sink, however we do not feel it was the technician's responsibility to wash the dishes for her He resolved the clog she reported, ensured there was no other damage and left her apartment We do not feel this warrants a month's free rent If Ms [redacted] would like to discuss this further she is welcome to contact me either by phone or by email

Hello, The resident was let out of her lease, however, we never did find that it was infested with any pests

This has been an on going issue for months! I stayed home from work all week and still nothing has been addressed. Sorry is not a valid excuse

On August 6, 2015 we met with [redacted] in her apartment. On this day we corrected any and all issues. All though we are looking forward to [redacted] continued residency we can not compensate the rent per her request. We do apologize for any inconvenience and looking forward to a better relationship in the future.
