Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/09/01) */ I have reviewed the Final Account Statement for Mr [redacted] , as well as the photos that were taken in his apartment and the invoice for the carpet replacement and floor sealantI have also spoken with the on-site manager about the situation While it is apparent the camera settings were incorrect and therefore reflect the wrong date, the photos do show significant damage to the carpet the necessitated replacementOur cost was $which includes the carpet, padding and pet seal; we did not charge back this full amount to Mr [redacted] only a prorated costI do appreciate his frustration with the situation, however in reviewing all documents I do believe he was treated fairlyI do not feel a refund is due to him at this time
