Good Morning, We will have someone in your home today to install the weather stripping and also to fix the dishwasherWe will have this completed by end of dayUnfortunately we were not able to address this last evening as we do not have access to email after hours We certainly want you to be comfortable and would not want you to be in a condition such as described in your email below Please be sure to contact our after-hours maintenance team if there is an issue going forward As we had not heard anything regarding the temperatures until last evening we were not able to address this until today as we first learned of it We would also like to address any issue you are having with your neighbors, could you please provide us with details so we can properly address your concerns As for a credit on you utility bill, there isn’t a way for the utility company to break down a per day cost We were also not made aware of the temperatures in your unit until last evening However, as a gesture of good will we will give a $credit for the days without weather stripping We will not however give any further rent credits Hopefully we have addressed your concerns, if we have missed anything please let us know It is our desire to provide a more positive experience at Wyndham Thank you,

completed on 7/20/Additionally,it has been decided that she and all other occupants of the premises, shall be released from their contracted lease obligation with Advenir at WyndhamThey have agreed to vacate the apartment on or before 8/19/This is a full release without penalty or contract termination fee Please let us know if we can be of further assistance in your investigation Kindest Regards, *** *** ***
