I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
Amazing that this business is unable to send mail via
registered or certified method, would be a simple resolution to this
complaint, provided the business includes all the information which has
been requested numerous instances. Advent Financial has not mailed this to my address. I would have received the letter via mail. I
have requested this info, along with the initial correspondence letter
and all subsequent letters which they have sent to me. Advent Financial
rep, [redacted]  [redacted], continues to be hateful and deceptive during our
conversations. 
The document which Advent Financial furnished during this complaint is
not the entire information that I requested. I have, on numerous
occasions, requested a receipt for each payment, date(s) of each
payment, their collection fees for each payment, all correspondence
including letters from Advent Financial and [redacted]. Initial correspondence
and all subsequent
correspondence including initial letter from Advent Financial, all from
Advent Financial.
