Advent Health Clinic

I have been trying to get a billing issue fixed for the last year with this clinic. I have contacted them over 10 times to date, trying to get the resolution.

I was seen for screening back in April 2019. Seen by Nurse Practitioner ***. I had Ambetter insurance at the time. They denied my clinical visit because of “incorrect verbiage”, which made them say the visit was clinical unnecessary. Which got me billed a $600 invoice for the clinical lab that they use. Speaking to Ambetter they let me know to contact Advent Health *** MD office and get it corrected so they can move on and approve the submission. I have spoken to two ladies up there. The office manager and the account manager, and yet a year later I am still getting billed for this visit. I am highly upset and frustrated at this point. I have voicemails from both ladies calling me back so they can not deny our conversations. I have talked to the lab as well and they said if it is not resolved, the bill will be put on my credit. I am livid.
