grievance(s). Based on my understanding of the complaint Mr. [redacted] has two primary issues that he would like to be addressed;
1. Conferral (finalization) of his first degree, for which he has already petitioned.
2. Online degree audit edited to display the requirements of his second degree.
Due to Federal Privacy Regulations I’m unable to disclose any specific information regarding Mr. [redacted]’s academic record without his written consent. However, I can say that these are very common request, and we have a standardized process and persons in place to address them. I was unable to locate record of Mr. [redacted] leaving voicemail or email messages. The only recent communication we have record of has been outgoing email communication regarding the status of his petition for graduation, and the next steps for finalizing his degree. I would be happy to discuss these issues with Mr. [redacted]. A more thorough review of email/voicemail records can be conducted if more specific details can be provided (i.e. name of department/person etc…).
