Murray Emergency Physicians,LLC has attempted to collect payment illegally by charging money that has been written off in a contract between themselves and an insurance company. After several attempts to resolve the matter Murray Emergency Physicians, LLC has continued to ignore the contract and has turned the balance of payment over to collection in which isn't even owed by the patient and is being sought after illegally.
Desired Settlement: No further contact by the busi Insurance company has now brought in their team to further deal with this matter since Murray Emergency Physicians, LLC can not be trusted to settled the matter themselves.
letter received today. Here is the following action that was taken.
The complaint is related to a bill received from . not Murray Medical Center. I contacted *** requesting they cease and desist collection efforts on complainants medical bill due to bankruptcy noticed filed on 5/3/2017. Today, 3/25/20 they wrote the balance off.
Any hospital bills related to the ED visit in question were written off in September 2017.

This isn't in regards to the above stated. I perhaps should have been more clear and if documentation is needed I will provide it. Please give me instructions as to how I can do this. The fraud has occurred on a bill dated Sept 2019 and I have all the documentation. I believe I may have finally gotten the harassment stopped. I have no interest in allowing other people to have to go through what my family has went through. If they have tried to back bill me, they've done so before,only difference is I caught them.
