I received a call from this law firm trying to collect on a debt from 2014, which I settled with a previous company The gentlemen that called kept quizzing me on why I had a debt that I decided not to pay for so long and became very rude I then advised him to send me something in writing stating the balance that I owed and he said we have sent you out plenty of letters and will not be sending you anything else I advised him that I have never received anything in writing from him nor the firm he states to be working for I provided him with an email address and he said that his company does not do email or have an email account I then went to their website and the following email address was listed: [redacted] They also have the following wording on their website about how they treat their clients, but once they get you on the phone it is a whole different story t the law office of Charles GMcCarthy Jrand Associates, our clients come first Every client is

I have recently received a letter in the mail for a debt to Liberty ambulance for my year old daughterI called the company on the letterhead, On July 24th 2017, at approximately hrs which was suppose to be a office of law, but I was only able to contact a receptionist ( [redacted] ) who refused my request for the attorney that was handling the caseAfter several refused request, the receptionist became abusive and belligerent At he hung the phone up on me, I called back and hrs and he stated "you must not have a [redacted] life" and cut the phone off againI tried to contact the business again and finally was able to were get through at I again requested to speak with the attorney that was handling the debt but Mr [redacted] refused my requestDuring the call at Mr [redacted] stated "you seem like a guy who doesn't want to pay his bills" which was totally unprofessionalMr [redacted] cut the phone off again, I attempted to call back several times with no success, but

I have been receiving persistent intimidating collection calls from this company with no explanation for why they are even calling

I spoke to one of their representatives a week ago and explained that I was the main contact person and that I needed to contact the company they were representing That person kept asking for my credit card and or checking account information I declined to give it He called my husband the next morning Today I called them, and the person I spoke to was rude and demanding He made rude remarks about me not paying my billsand again, he wanted my payment informationHe told me that the time it took me to call them that I could have spoken with the origination company and been done with it This company is very rude I will have to pay the balance owed to the doctor to this collection company by bank check These people do not sound trust worthy Even after asking them not to call my husband's work number, they did so

In December 2016, we received a phone call from a male at this lawyers office stating he was trying to resolve a debt collection over a past due ambulance bill we supposedly owed My husband had answered the phone and he had it on speaker phone so I could also hear the conversation This male started out the conversation very rudely and when my husband tried to tell him that he didn't know what he was talking about, then that person started belittling him when he tried to talk further to tell him we owed nothing for an ambulanceThis male would just not listen and slammed the phone down That upset me and I had my husband call back the numberAfter ringing over times, this rude male answered the phone saying that he saw that my husband had woke up and was ready to talkI told him no that I was ready to talkHe seemed to have changed his tune and was talking nice to me I told this male that I would contact our insurance company and try to get this issue taken care of, So I
