Adventure Dynamics, Inc.

I purchase a [redacted] for a 4-hour Couple adventure date night for Adventure Dynamics, Inc. On the [redacted] it stated that the [redacted] NEVER EXPIRES! I have screenshots of it on my phone, my computer, and I also have a printout of the [redacted] stating that the [redacted] for Adventure Dynamics NEVER EXPIRES! That is the whole reason for buying the [redacted]. I am a mother, so something that never expires is great!
Well, I was unable to use it for about a year. It was my parents anniversary and I decided to give it to them for their anniversary. When we called to reserve or day and time the owner stated that the [redacted] Expired 6 months prior. We told him that on our [redacted] it stated that it NEVER EXPIRES, and that we have printouts, and screenshot of it. He proceeded to argue and said that he will honor the [redacted] with an additional $50. BUT ASKING TO PAY AGAIN AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS PAID FOR!?!?! I already paid! THERE WAS NO EXTRA FEATURES OR ANYTHING. Why would I pay more? Well, It was my parent anniversary. So I agreed and we set up a date for the adventure date night. And he said that he is going to call [redacted] so that this won't happen again.
When the day finally came for my parents date night we called to confirm that all way good. He began by pretending that he never talked with us. That he did not agree to honor the [redacted] with the additional $50. After talking to him for about an hour he finally decided to honor the [redacted] with an additional $50, and said "Don't worry no one will single your parent out and know that they are not suppose to be here!" What does that mean?!?!?! Seriously???
Well, my parents loved the thought of the Adventure date night and they loved how I wanted them to have it, but they didn't want to go to the Adventure Date Night at Adventure Dynamic and be singled out. I don't want that for them either.
Come to find out he did call [redacted]. He had [redacted] change my [redacted]s that I had already purchased. That goes againsted their terms and policy's. Well, Good thing that I already had SCREENSHOTS, and PRINTOUTS of all my [redacted]! I highly recommend to everyone who purchases from [redacted] or anything ONLINE to get a screenshot of what you are actually buying and also a PRINTOUT of what you are buying so that you will ALWAYS have proof! I hope this never happens to anyone else!
What happened to Customer Service? What happened to customers are always right! EVEN WITH PROOF???
I do not recommend Adventure Dynamics at all!!! They may have been good for some people, but they have shown and proved that they will try to get more money out of you and if they can't they will screw you!
I have already wrote [redacted] about this and I have yet to hear a response regarding this issue. It is the weekend though so hopefully Monday!
