[redacted] bought online tickets for a rugged offroad tour called the Joshua Tree Adventure for Aug 1st 2015.
They bought 3 Adult tickets and 1 Child ticket.

The tour shows a very intense offroad tour. Videos are included for guest information.

Guest called a few weeks before tour and informed they have a "bad neck and back" problem.
Our salesperson, [redacted] gave them a free upgrade to our luxury version of this tour (a free $50 pp discount) called
the Joshua Tree Backroads Tour.

They agreed to upgrade which we offered.

Then on 7-31 (the day before the tour) they called to advise that they would have a handicapped person aboard.

On the day of the tour the guide found that the girl had a severe mental handicap that disallowed her to get out of the vehicle for our scheduled stops.
Don Scriven, the guide, asserted they would not leave car without the girl and was not able to stop at any location more then 10 minutes.

[redacted] called the next day to complain that the disabled girl did not want to get out of the car and thus "could not see as much."

Despite this strange reasoning, we refunded the entire amout of the child ticket.

We are a top rated tour on several social media sites and resolve our customer satisfaction issues promptly and with good service.

Most of what [redacted] wrote is untruth.
From the fist time I contacted them I told them about my daughter needs. I will never put my daughter in any kind of risk. They clearly state on their web page that the trip is for everybody , people with special needs should be included in the "everybody".
About the call to upgrade the tour was few hours prior the picked up time on August first. We didn't had options.
My daughter is wheelchair bound, we weren't allowed to bring her foldable wheelchair to the tour.(when their web page says the contratry) due to mobility problems she had to stay in the car during the stops. An adult had to stay with her.
When I called to company about this boring, unpleasant, and extremely expensive tour and tried to get in to to a fair deal. They just decided ignored my emails.
The only in this whole response was that they refund my daughter ticket but I have some points I want to make clear:
1. We bought a completely different tour, that was changed last minute.
2. An adult had to stay in the car with my daughter because we weren't allow to bring her wheelchair. I'm requesting reimbursement for an adult ticket, because one adult had to stay in the car with her.
What I learnt dealing with this Hummer Tour company is that they are not reliable , they manipulate things just to keep your money, their web page has some many "beauties" that are not truth. At the end of the road I don't want an unfortunate family with similar situation gets scammed by this unreliable and horrible company.
