We double paid our year dues for 2015. [redacted] refused to refund or credit my credit card for the extra payment. My Husband and I have called and e-mail [redacted] everyday for over a month. She refuses to return phone calls or e-mails. Told us that she will apply the [redacted] credit to our 2016 dues. I want a refund or credit to my credit card.
