Adventure Resorts of America

We bought into this program. We paid several thousand dollars for our home park in Lake George New York. Every year it is very difficult to get in touch to make a reservation. This year could not get through to anyone. When I finally talked with someone after months of calling I was told our home park had been sold and we can no longer go there. We paid our yearly dues and cannot go to our park. We were told we could go to Saratoga Escape. Both parks were owned by the same person. Neither has been updated or taken care of. When we finally got to talk with someone we were told we could go to Saratoga but there were no reservations available for Saratoga. We still have not been officially notified about Schroon River. In our contract it says we will always able to camp. Like I said I called for several months to get no return calls. This is outrageous. If this has happened to anyone else please contact us. The company os no longer in serviceThey have hired a collection agency to collect the payments but when we called to scheduled and are reservations the numbers has been disconnected and own by another personWhen the collection agency called I explain to her that no one is answering the telephone
and that the numbers belongs to someone elseShe said she didn't know anything about it
