Like I had my wife state we've already tried the working it out and trying to go back as its put in his response is not an honest comment- as we are not welcome We can tell you from first hand experience that the discrimination, and dishonesty is habit of business practice and morals or lack there of .Though his words are eloquent and only gear towards the infoI provided, even that is twisted and misquoted This appears faith in this habit of poor showman ship often found in used car sale men who only sell lemons. WE stand by our claim- Which includes the oldest member who cries dis honest! Whom is not addressed in the response but is in my claim Which is support for the dis honesty and poor showman ship- though the merchandise is nice the showmen ships is not less than a rotten lemon-. *** and *** ***Thank you

Dear Ms. [redacted]:Thank you for your email dated November 17, 2014, regarding a concern raised by acustomer of RVC, Inc., d/b/a Adventure RV’s (“Adventure”).  At Adventure, we take every concern from ourcustomers seriously and are happy to respond and cooperate in any reasonableway to remedy...

the situation.  In responseto Mr. [redacted] concern, I have interviewed all of the employees involved andreviewed the entire file for this transaction. Mr. [redacted] came into the Adventure dealership on August 5, 2014 and selected a fifth wheeltrailer (“RV”) he was interested in purchasing. Mr. [redacted] inquired with our sales associate as to the price and wasgiven a Buyers Order which contains, among other things, the information aboutthe vehicle, including the VIN number, and the retail price of the RV.  Mr. [redacted] was given a credit applicationthat he voluntarily completed.  The credit application and report was reviewed by our business manager. The credit report indicated that Mr. [redacted] had a credit score that was below the requiredscore to be financed by any of the banks that Adventure uses for financing. Themanager explained to Mr. [redacted] that he did not qualify for financing from anyof the banks that Adventure uses for financing, but that he did notice that Mr.[redacted] had a relationship with a particular credit union.  The manager suggested that it maybeworthwhile for Mr. [redacted] to visit the credit union in person and attempt toobtain a loan for the RV if he was still interested in purchasing the unit.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to contact the credit unionand left the dealership without incident. Mr. [redacted] returned approximately one week later and immediately asked the businessmanager what Adventure had done to secure financing for him to purchase theRV.  The business manager replied thatAdventure could not do anything for him based on his credit score and dealstructure.  He asked if he had inquiredwith the credit union.  Mr. [redacted]replied “that is not going to happen.” The business manager  told Mr.[redacted] that Adventure would be happy to sell him an RV if he could obtain thefinancing.  Mr. [redacted] acknowledged heunderstood and left the dealership without incident.Several weeks later, I was personally contacted by [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] indicated that she was Mr.[redacted] wife and that the couple had some funds coming from her grandmotherand they were still interested in purchasing the RV.  I told Ms. [redacted] that the RV that they wereprovided a Buyers Order for had been sold, but that I would be happy to orderthe same model and honor the price we quoted her husband a month ago.  Ms. [redacted] indicated that the funds from hergrandmother would be held up for sixty (60) days because it was a foreigntransfer from the country of Ireland.  I indicated that I had never heard of a sixty (60) day hold on wire transfers offunds from a foreign country.  I advised Ms. [redacted] the she was welcome to come to the dealership and start the paperwork, however, we would not be able to finalize a deal until the funds wereavailable.  Ms. [redacted] indicated she understood and did not contact the dealership again.  There is no indication that any of Adventure’s employees verbally or physically mistreatedthe [redacted]s.  No Adventure employeethreatened to have the [redacted]s escorted from the mall parking lot or calledanyone a “liar.”  Finally, based on my investigation, there is no indication that anyone from Adventure spoke withanyone’s grandmother regarding this matter.     Adventure is committed to settling every customer concern in an amicable manner, however, the [redacted] request for, “a 2015 [redacted] 5th wheel with a generator and wash/dryer and a truck,” is a completelyunreasonable request.   Instead, Adventure wouldbe happy to order the RV the [redacted]s intended to purchase and sell the RV atthe same price quoted on August 5, 2014, provided that the [redacted]s can eitherobtain the proper financing or have the funds available to pay for the RV atthe time of sale.    Adventure has copies of the Buyers Order, credit application, and credit report available ifnecessary; however, Adventure has purposefully not included the documents toprotect the [redacted] privacy.  If you have any further question or require the above documentation please do nothesitate to contact me.
