The attached document confirms the tumbler is being sent out In reviewing out notes it did not show customer came in for test drive I discussed with the salesperson the importance of documenting all visits IT was an oversight and at no time did customer attempt to call us

F[redacted] that said he had never received my original call though the young lady did transfer me to a voice mail that said no one was available to answer the call at the time. He said that if we have an issue in the future to take our car to his dealership but unfortunately Painesville is too far for us especially when my son has to be at work on the west side. We are pleased with Brunswick Subaru for their assistance.
