Adventure Time RV has a standard policy of no warranty on any used RV over years oldWith models less than years old we give customers a free day warranty on major appliance onlyThis warranty is in house onlyCustomers must bring
the unit to use for any warranty repairThis unit was years old and sold as isOwner signed bill of sale stating as isWe also provide full demos showing all major appliance to be in working condition at time of purchaseThis units refrigerator was working and shown to customers at time of purchaseThe owners notified Adventure Time RV approximately months after the sell that they could not get there refrigerator to workWe explained that there could be many possible problems but we would have to diagnoses before we move forwardWe volunteered to address the problem even though there was no warrantyWe told the owners to drop off the unit for inspection at their convenience for a free diagnosisWe were contacted again months after the saleOwners wanted us to send $1,or they would give us bad reviewsWe felt like this was blackmail and again insisted that we have a chance to look at it firstOwners then told us they wanted us to drive the hours to them to address the problemWe declined this unreasonable request and were verbally harassedAt this time Adventure Time RV will make no more direct contact with this customer
