Mr. [redacted] booked a rental on 3-10-2017 to be picked up on Friday 3-31-2017 at 10:00 am to be returned by Sunday 4-2-2017 at 10 am. This constitutes a 2 day rental.  On 3-31-2017 Mr [redacted] changed the pick up time to 1:30 pm.Mr [redacted] did not return on Sunday at 10 am per his reservation...

and rental agreement.  The rental was overdue without authorization and returned on Monday 4-3-2017 at 5:30 pm. This resulted in a 4 day charge.Upon entering our office, posted on the front door are our business hours, which are Monday through Friday 7am to 6:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4:30pm. These hours are also post on all of our websites.  We do accept after hours drops.  There is a key drop which is clearly marked on the garage door next to the office front door.Mr [redacted] parked his car in our lot and was told that he could only access his car during business hours. He was also told that if he planned on returning after hours he could put his car in another lot which can be accessed 24 hours.  His response was that he will return during business hours on Sunday the 2nd.
