I've used Becht Pride for over four years and have had nothing but great experiencesIt started with them cleaning a rental downtown, and has now turned into a monthly service! They come out on the first Thursday of each month, whether I am home or notThey're GREAT with our two dogs, and always leave a report card on the table, signed off by the team lead Only one time in four years have I noticed a missed spotI let the team lead know during the next cleaning, and they went over and beyond with their next jobI whole heartedly trust Becht Pride, and will continue to use them moving forward

On Feb8, 2017, this cleaning company was scheduled to provide man hours of cleaning services at my home with a priority list of sweeping & mopping the downstairs floors, cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming upstairs and dusting throughout the house When I arrived home I discovered the downstairs was partially swept, didn't appear to be mopped, the bathrooms were wiped down, but not actually cleaned e.g., there were noticeable stains on the toilet seat and the floors were still dirty When the owner contacted me about the service, I told him it was less thorough than I expected and detailed the problems sending a picture of a dirty toilet He offered to provide a man hour or to touch these items up A second group arrived on Feb14, 2017, and stayed for minutes They did not re-clean the bathrooms or sweep the downstairs floors, which were the activities for which the owner indicated via text message they would return to my house to clean Instead, they vacuumed around

I purchased the cleaning hours for a married couple who are both disabledThey were both pleased with the resultsThey shared that the young women were courteous, friendly, and skilled Kudos to Becht ...I'd hire this company again
I find it impossible that there are no more negative reviews than what I've seen hereI was told by an employee that their policy was not to use a broom, only the attachments on their vacuum cleaner NO BROOMS at a residential cleaning service? As a result of this all of the dirt that could not be swept up with a vacuum attachment has been pushed underneath my cabinets and vanitiesI am unable to get down to clean them because I am disabledThey did send a second group out that did some of the things that were not done by the original group, but because they don't use brooms they weren't able to sweep all of the remaining dirt out from underneath my cabinetsOne of the first group that came out explained my shower wouldn't come clean with fiberglass wallsI explained that I use the after shower spray and that usually kept it pretty nice but there were some streaksShe admitted that that's what she had tried to use to clean it when I suggested that she would use an actual cleanser it did come cleanBut after I left I noticed Not only was all of my after shower spray gone, but my hand soap and bottle of shampoo were also emptyA CLEANING SERVICE WITH NO BROOMS RIDICULOUS!!!!
