I received an invoice for $for an appointment that this counselor could not be bothered to confirm even existed after I noticed on her patient portal that she had recorded a time that was not what we agreed upon or that I could even attend with my daughterShe input the appointment as 3:p.min the portal and yet, I specifically made a 6:p.mappointment so that it would be easier on my daughterAs I told her before via phone and email, I don't even get off work until p.mand am not home until at least p.mon most daysSo I can't make an appointment for anything earlier than 6:p.m
I have email records and phone records with date and time stamps, recording me trying to reach her in order to confirm that she had recorded the actual day/time for the appointment that we discussed on the phone last week and that that time was in fact set aside for my daughterI was told last week when I spoke with her that she would confirm that our insurance was in fact cover
