When the customer purchased the vehicle he initialed the "AS WARRANTY_" It states the customer will pay all coats for any repairsIt also says the dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle At the same time he also signed the"WE OWE" document which states NOTHING ELSE OWED OR PROMISEDBefore purchasing a vehicle from our dealership, the customer always has the option to have it checked by his mechanicWhen the customer brought his car in for service on 5/31/17, the Multi-Point Vehicle inspection showed that the condition of shocks and struts would require future attention Our General Manager and the customer have come to an agreement where the customer will pay Eskridge Chevrolet $to fix the shocks.The parts will be ordered and a service appointment time will be made,
