Please find the correspondence that has taken from the just a few days ago. I asked a question at the bottom as you will see if she has a debit card number as we do not take out of checking accounts. I am looking into a partial refund of the service. At this time we are waiting an answer from her...

I am truly sorry you did not receive an appropriate response. The matter is trying to be resolved, as I understand it, your credit card is no longer active. If that is true, we are trying to work a solution if not we may have another solution.
