As the New Jersey Used Car Dealer laws state, and [redacted] signed the Dealers Obligation form as we would make sure the vehicle can pass inspectionThe report shows failed when the battery inspection and Tires Inspection was performed (LF and RF tread dry rot)The alignment was solely recommended, wheels bent and curb rash, paint, seat calibration is wear and tear items (stated and informed on the buyers guide as it is a Used Vehicle)I have reached out to [redacted] and left a voice message, as to we would like to reimburse him for the needed to be service items (battery and two front tires); like it was promised when he came back for serviceAs to the vehicle price, it was sold for the complete price and total that it was signed from the initial bill of sale to check form signed by [redacted] for [redacted] ***

Customer was shown carfax at that exact time of purchase (when he requested it); and did see full details, signed all pagesWe are definitely willing to accept back the car obviously at travalue; it was March 14th and he purchased January 30th, had plenty of time to review all copies of documents but just changed his mind when a so called friend "dealer" explained he shouldn't have that carCustomer was told the day of sale, and different phone calls days later to Sales Agent as well; that he was not going to be able to register on his own But still insisted in wanting a cash deal just for the vehicleAll NJ licensed customers are told they have to pay Sales Tax to us; we have to be the ones to register them but this client said NO "I am not going to pay more", I am going to register it myself

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Only two people were involved in transaction from dealer are Lidia and NickLidia is no longer working for the dealer and Nick is out of the countryI don't know who Peter is and he was not involved in the transactionDealer response is that they reviewed footageI would like to see that footageIf dealer show me the footage saying that I will pay my own sales tax, I will close this complaintBefore price negotiation, I clearly established base line to include NJ tax, doc fee, DMV fee and any unknown feesI did not want to deal with any surprises.Bill of sale is a complete sale document and supposed to including all the fees and taxesDealer filled sales tax "N/A" and balance due from customer is "0.00"Dealer delivered carDealer told me I will get title, DMV docs in a week or soThey never mentioned in writing or verbally that I have to pay NJ taxesWhen I asked about NJ taxes "N/A" in bill of sale, Nick said don't worryIf sales tax is not paid, bill of sale should include NJ tax amount and show the balance due from customerDealer did not do that eitherClearly, dealer mislead the customer Regards, [redacted]

We are emailing in reference to [redacted] warranty refundThe refund check was initially mailed to the corresponding lender on June 12th (which the warranty company takes days after request cancellation done by [redacted] on May 10th) to refund to dealerUnfortunately, it was mailed to the payment processing center for the lender instead of the product cancellation address and was returned. As of July 19th, [redacted] has confirmed they received it and processed the credit for the warranty cancellation of $3, [redacted] was also informed of everything around July 10th.If you have any questions please feel free in contacting me

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We have stated and informed GAP Insurer, Warranty Company, and Lender exactly all the factual statements from the consumer calls (recorded from various conversations) and emails between Valeria from *** *** and myself, as well as Lynette from *** (warranty co.)Unfortunately the customer did not do their due diligence in a timely matter, and reached out to us asking for copies of GAP and warranty contract instead of stating, "how can the extended warranty be cancelled, I was involved in a total loss"Which that information came to be informed by Valeria via our first phone conversation in mid July(total loss occurred in May)

Unfortunately, when Mr*** came in from Connecticut it was already sold the Mercedes Benz for $18,He came in that following weekend not the same dayAlso, unfortunately the marketing sites do not update as quickly as our website and if the client that purchased the vehicle went through
special financing we cannot remove the listing until the transaction has been finalized by the lenderWe truly do apologize for Mr***, if he would like to give me a call I can see what I can do on any of the ones we have in inventory

As shown many times the worksheet that was done the day of sale from *** *** and Sales Agent, Peter (which is still employed by the company with over years with us); *** *** negotiated a cash deal with an "out the door total" without the sales taxOn the worksheet shows how the vehicle's
total with sales tax was going to be close $26,XXXAnd *** *** said "no no no I will pay my own"(we reviewed footage from that day)As to the F&I Manager that completed that deal, left to his country on a family emergencyStill, *** *** was explained by the GM Mike, Sales Manager Sal, every single document againWe did have to bring in the Service Manager Manny, since him and Peter were in the office the day of saleThere is no way any dealer would of sold a BMW xdrive with 21,miles for $23,including sales tax, plates, reg, etcWe had the vehicle posted until last week with the super low price given to ***, until when *** *** decided to come in and pay sales tax (since he is a NJ resident, it is our obligation as a New Jersey Dealer); just in case we had to take the vehicle backAs to our company all the Sales Agents we've had are happily still employed by usThe guy that detailed his car is called Manny and he is actually the Service Manager, which does helps out the detailer, like that nightWhat the consumer is doing wrong here is calling every single day between him and his son asking irrelevant questions to the receptionistsHe has been informed when plates and registration are in he will be called

When client called on March 11, 2016; he was told we had sent it to him via *** *** *** took longer waiting for and verifying the Vin Inspection performedCustomer has plates/reg and copy of his warranty as of March 12, at 11:06amConfirmed tracking via *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I called their office the same day I came down. I specifically asked whether that car was there and I was told it was. When I arrived the person at the desk asked if he could help. I told him I was there to look at the car I called about. He wasn't sure which car but when I showed him the add, his first response was " oh that is the whole sale price" Only when I told him his add didn't mention anything about that did he tell me that that car had just been sold. Other consumers will be tricked by this add and these tactics.
Regards,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This is completely false According to the Gap Insurer, the dealership is required to supply them with the service contract I have documentation from both myself and the Gap Insurer of the NUMEROUS times I've tried to contact them

It is very upsetting to see this feedback; [redacted] inquired on eight 2014 Honda Accords LX on October 2nd and came in October 4th (with 21 2014 Honda Accord LXs available). I am not sure what was the poor service he mentions, as to his online sales agent Jessica was very helpful and answered...

all his questions before coming in and his Sales Agent was Chris showed him all the ones available. Never was anybody disrespectful to [redacted] nor any customer. In regards to the renovation area, there is caution signs around that section, as well as a caution band in the front where debris is being cleaned up. [redacted] was more than likely viewing it from inside the showroom. Very unfortunate he did not like any of the 21 2014 Honda Accord Lxs available. Our employees are also very dedicated to their role in providing good customer service.

I just spoke with Valeria and you guys are to pay [redacted] the refund of $513.79 which is the unused portion of the Gap Waiver.  Which you guys have not!!Below is a copy of her email:Valeria K[redacted]11:31 AM (23 minutes ago)to me [redacted],As long all the payments were made on time (as per contract terms) the balance as of the date of loss should have been $20,567.01. The insurance settlement amount was for $19,770.24, the Gap waived amount was for $72.37, besides these payments the Lien Holder ([redacted]) should have also received a refund from the dealer of $513.79 (Unused portion of the Gap waiver). The only thing the Gap waiver will not cover is $210.61 condition adjustments that were deducted by the insurance company. The Gap waiver does not cover any condition adjustment, if you have any questions in regards to the condition adjustments, you will need to contact the insurance company. Thank You,Make it a great day !! Valeria K[redacted]Claims ProcessorNorman and Company, Inc./Classic Products[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Only two people were involved in transaction from dealer are Lidia and Nick. Lidia is no longer working for the dealer and Nick is out of the country. I don't know who Peter is and he was not involved in the transaction. Dealer response is that they reviewed footage. I would like to see that footage. If dealer show me the footage saying that I will pay my own sales tax, I will close this complaint. Before price negotiation, I clearly established base line to include  NJ tax, doc fee, DMV fee and any unknown fees. I did not want to deal with any surprises.Bill of sale is a complete sale document and supposed to including all the fees and taxes. Dealer filled sales tax "N/A" and balance due from customer is "0.00". Dealer delivered car. Dealer told me I will get title, DMV docs in a week or so. They never mentioned in writing or verbally that I have to pay NJ taxes. When I asked about NJ taxes "N/A" in bill of sale, Nick said don't worry. If sales tax is not paid, bill of sale should include NJ tax amount and show the balance due from customer. Dealer did not do that either. Clearly, dealer mislead the customer.

Unfortunately, [redacted] has said some false statements. As the dealer, we became aware of the Total Loss by [redacted] on July 6th. Previously [redacted] solely called in, June, asking for copy of her GAP contract (which was provided). After, her being informed and directed by Valerie...

from [redacted] as to [redacted] needing to cancel her Service Contract WAS when she then reached out to us in July wanting to cancel. We informed her that we usually do not cancel any product, especially when it is an Insurance Loss (claim), the insurance company, lender, or GAP insurance are the ones that can provide to the Service Contract company (in this case [redacted] the documents for them to be able to cancel and refund what is suppose to be refunded. As a courtesy, when Valerie (from [redacted]) reached out to me for assistance I informed her I would try to assist by forwarding those documents to the warranty company but there is no assurance of a refund as to the date being cancelled would exceed her 1 year time period. Indeed it was as of today I have received from the service company a letter of such explanation which was forwarded to the [redacted]. Dealerships are not responsible of knowing, canceling, or refunding purchased products from a third party company. We kindly tried to assist, [redacted] should definitely reach out to her insurance and/or lender and provide all documentations.

Customer was shown carfax at that exact time of purchase (when he requested it); and did see full details, signed all 6 pages. We are definitely willing to accept back the car obviously at trade-in value; it was March 14th and he purchased January 30th, had plenty of time to review all copies...

of documents but just changed his mind when a so called friend "dealer" explained he shouldn't have that car. Customer was told the day of sale, and 3 different phone calls days later to Sales Agent as well; that he was not going to be able to register on his own But still insisted in wanting a cash deal just for the vehicle. All NJ licensed customers are told they have to pay Sales Tax to us; we have to be the ones to register them but this client said NO "I am not going to pay more", I am going to register it myself.

We are emailing in reference to [redacted] warranty refund. The refund check was initially mailed to the corresponding lender on June 12th (which the warranty company takes 30 days after request cancellation done by [redacted] on May 10th) to refund to dealer. Unfortunately, it was...

mailed to the payment processing center for the lender instead of the product cancellation address and was returned. As of July 19th, [redacted] has confirmed they received it and processed the credit for the warranty cancellation of $3,300. [redacted] was also informed of everything around July 10th.If you have any questions please feel free in contacting me.

I am rejecting this response because:sometjinh must be done about this dip’s luxury motors. They are laying. The second floor was not cautioned off and I was outside while glass was falling feet’s from me and other customers. But my biggest problem was with all the vehicles posted for sale were fake and not being sold for their posted price. They are scamming people. You can check all the reviews about the place. Something needs to be done.
