Advice Brands, LLC

Advice Brands uses auto dialing to contact potential customers. Callers have been asked repeatedly to remove one of our office phone numbers from their calling list. Multiple calls are placed daily and different marketers come online when phone is picked up. I understand the marketer cannot do anything but Advice Brand headquarters should have set up a system whereby their marketers can pass along requests from persons who are receiving their unwanted calls. After about a week of this, I'VE HAD ENOUGH!

This company will call my office a minimum of 2 times a day, EVERY day. They ask for the same person every time and say she's the IT manager, she has nothing to do with the IT department, nor has she ever. This last call after telling the man she wasn't in IT and that I could send him to voicemail he was extremely rude to me and hung up. He called back and wouldn't let me talk saying rude things and yelling at me. That's when I told him I receive multiple calls from his company a day asking for the same person who doesn't even work in IT and I ask them to stop calling. He then cocked a huge attitude with me saying they were emailing back and forth so she must be in IT. I asked what her email was and he couldn't give me that information (because he didn't even have it!). After he said he couldn't tell me, I proceeded to tell him to take us off of his calling list. He rudely snapped and asked what my name is, I told him I couldn't give that information out (company policy) and he snapped back saying he'd find out and let my boss know how horrible I am. Good luck buddy, I'm the only receptionist so your call will NEVER go through. Very annoying RUDE people.
