Attached is our response to her complaint.

Our company had not called her nor anyone from our company will call her regarding any issue.

Advikfast Solution, LLC

We took out a lifetime contract and now they will not refund our money.
We took out a contract with Advikfast Solutions LLc back on August 16,2018 and now they will not refund our money. They tried to get more money from us in June 2019 and we argued that our contract says all computer problems. Now when we asked on July 11, 2019 for our money back they said that they would send a check for 745.00 to us but will immediately charge our credit card for 300.00 and we said no because we may not get our money. We asked for 445.00 to be mailed to us and they stopped the conversation and said it was their policy. All we want is 445.00 paid back to us. We were also accused of child pornography and they stated that they were going to report us.

Desired Outcome

Send us the amount of 445.00 to us and no more services

After that from 6th Aug 2018 till 11th July, 2019 customer had called us at least 12 times, and every time we helped this customer. We will not provide any refund to her as we had served this customer at least 12 times . with computer related issues.

I did not call my bank and cancel any transaction and would like them to prove that I did. You constantly call and say we have a problem with our computer and we don" t have any problems. I have asked to speak to the tech Sam but he never available. You said you were stationed in New York but are in New Jersey. Your tech told us that we could get a refund but we would have to pay you $300.00 first and you would send us $745.00 . So why can't you just send the difference of $445.00? We do not want your shady services no more!

case is not a refund case, Actually case is, *** paid us $349 on 26th March 2019 and after making payment he canceled that payment same day. So the payment is not recorded in our bank account. Payment mode was Bill Pay.
Now again he paid on 2nd April 2019 and this money came in our BOA account and after that it got deducted. This transaction is in our bank account.
We tried to call this customer and asking for service Charge, but on the other hand customer is saying that money has been already deducted from his account.

Now here we need to clarify that his payment came in our account or not. As Per March statement from Bank, there was no money came in or deducted for ***. In April monthly statement money came in our account and it got deducted. Now the problem is how will we make our customer understand this situation that money got deducted from our account. Because customer called us with his bank and they said that money has deducted from his account and did not came in his account back.
We tried to call ***, but could not make connection with him. We do not have his money. He has to check with his bank.

A partial refund of serviice was promised within 5-8 business days of 1/21/19. No refund has been given dispite numerous calls to business.
A 1 year unlimited service O$ 199.00) was purchased on 1/7/19 with promise of 30 day money back in not satisfied. My customer ID # is ***. A refund of services was requested on 1/21/19 because service was not acceptable to me. I agreed to a partial refund of $49.99 and was told that it would be placed back onto my credit card in 5-8 business days. I called back in 10 days (1/31/19) when I determined no refund had yet been returned to my credit card. I was then told it would be about 5 more days. I called again in approx. 3 weeks(2/21/19) in a week and was told it would be another 5-7 business days as refunds were distributed in "groups". After checking my credit card company on each of the last 3 days, I determined that the refund has not been made.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking the promise refund amount of $ 49.99 to be made back to my credit card account.

Not receiving the agreed upon refund, I continued to call them at 1-844-413-9542. Each time I was promised that the refund amount of $ 49.99 would be back on my credit card within a week. I did not receive the promised refund. The papers submitted by the Advikfast Solutions were electronically signed by the companies phone rep and I never even received these for my records.I was told that I had 30 days to ddd to cancel or upp

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I do not accept the response from Advikfast as it was only partial truth. I was assured by them that partial refund would be put on my credit card after my dissatisfaction with their services one week after agreeing to their offer (which services I was under the impression were being made by Microsoft). I will accept this refund CHECK sent 3 months after promised as resolution to the case, but still contend that the whole experience was deceptive. I put my letter in the mail today signing off on their check - I waited one month as my bank advised to be sure the check was not going to be bounce..

11/06/2018, message from Microsoft told me to call number to fix my computer. I called, spent 2+ HR.s on the phone and was set-up with this Co. $616
On11/6/18 received the message to call Microsoft at the listed number before using computer or all info would be lost. I spoke with a woman for almost two hours and tried to FIX the problem. She couldn't and referred me to Advik fast solutions.

They accessed my computer and put their phone number on my taskbar. They offered some options for protection including a 5 yr plan for $616. I signed up and they billed my credit card. They signed invoice #*** with DocuSign. I do not remember having the signed documents.I could not find any other files on my computer.

On 11/23/18, I told my 40 Year old teacher daughter what had happened. She said I should not have signed up because I really needed a new computer and I already had *** antiviris It was probably a SCAM. She called the Company and when pressured they agreed to refund the money. We were 10 days passed the refund deadline. I called Bank ***, my credit card company and they put a hold on the paymentand said it would take 2 payment cycles to clear. The Bank at that point paid Advikfast because they produced the signed documents which said no refunds after 7 days. What the manager said and the fact that I recieved no service did not matter. The first time I remember seeing these agreements was when the papers came from the bank.

When I recieved the notice from Bank *** saying they paid Advikfast Solutions on February 9 I was upset and after talking with my daughter, called the company and was told someone would call back in less than 1 Hr. I never heard.

I called Bank *** and they said they did not settle disputes and did not card if services were recieved.

Next I went to my local library, They offer computer help. The technetion there could not find any files from Advikfast on the computer- only there phone number and no info on signed documents. I went in to the Bank *** and was helped by the Manager. He called the Company, without result.

On 2/25/19 I called the company again. They told me to call back in45 minutes. I did. They told me they would call me by 3:00PM. I waited and at 3:05 I called again. Spoke to I believe Marisha and she got angry because 4 months had gone by, and hung up on me.

On February 26 Mike S a Senior person called and when I told him the problem. He wanted to know if I was in front of my computer. I told him "no" and that I no longer used that computer. I offerred to negoetiate a settlrment, but I did not think being charged for 5 years was fair. He also hung up the phone.

In summary: Problem Date 11/02/18
Purchase date 11/23/18
Account #***
Invoice #

Desired Outcome

I feel that the business has not provided the promised service, nor do I want them too. I would like a refund because this whole operation has the feel of a SCAM. We were 10 days late in cancelling so probably have some liability, however the cost is $124 per year. I will pay for 6 months and I will settle for a refund of $554. I do not think charging for nothing is fair.

She has not mention the number was listed there, and why
microsoft will sent her message to call Advikfast solutions.
Now let me tell you my point here , that customer called on our Toll

Then my technician suggested her to relax and he suggested her

Manipulated my credit card account page on internet and fraudulently demanded that I owe them money and made me buy gift cards as payments to them.
On 9/3/18, I had a computer problem and Microsoft's web page directed me to Advikfast Solutions' computer support. This company appeared to be recommended by Microsoft. And they appeared to fix the problem and had me sign up for 5-year service contract for $499.99 and withdrew money from my bank checking account. A week ago, presumably-their agent named "Shawn" (with Indian accent) called me to say their company was going out of business and they will refund the money but need to confirm that the fire wall that they installed on my laptop must be deleted. On 1/12/19, "Shawn" called me and remotely logged on to my laptop. He said the fire wall has been removed and is ready to give me the refund. He lead me to a computer screen where he had me type in my name, e-mail address and amount to be refunded. He told me I was supposed to type in $499.99 but the amount on the screen showed up as $4999.99. I thought it was just a typo and tried to correct it, but he said there was no way to correct it because it was a one-way gateway portal, and the refund is already deposited in my credit card account. For some reason, he knew my credit card account number (at lest the last 4 digits). I tried to check my credit card account using another laptop. However, he insisted that I check it on the laptop that he was also logged in because he will have to see it too. When I logged on to my credit card account page with *** Bank, it had a now-suspicious line that showed as $4999.99 credit, and not as a pending transaction. I questioned that payment usually has a pending period. But he said this was a direct deposit and money goes into my account immediately. In retrospect, he must have manipulated the appearance of my credit card account page. Now, he said I can keep the $499.99 as my refund and I owe them $4500. Since his company was going out of business, he can only receive a check with maximum amount of $1500 and the rest must be sent to them as gifts. I told him that I can mail a check on Monday and he insisted that the whole amount must be given to him by way of gift cards or he will get fired. He specified Google-certified gift cards be purchased for the amount of $4500. I went to three different stores to collect gift cards with amounts in $500, 300, 200, or 250 for the total of $4500. "Shawn" told me to give him the codes over the phone--they must have been cashing in immediately.
Then, he said one of the cards was bad. He said Google will send me refund directly, and told me to get another card. He said he will send me the claim info to Google later but he never did. He said he had received the money I "owed" him and the case closed. I checked my credit card account and saw no deposit made. I called *** and they said there was not deposit made in my account. *** is not able to report any fraudulent activity because I purchased the gift cards, and I could not show them the suspicious account page that showed the fake deposit. I lost $5499.99. I called back the phone number for "Shawn" 646-503-7956 and another person named "David" answered the call. When I commented that "David" did not sound like Indian which his accent suggested, he said he was Indo-African. He obviously knew "Shawn". He said he will talk to "Shawn" and will cal me back, to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I would like Advikfast Solutions to publicly acknowledge the fraudulent activity in their name and refund me for the $499.99 that they initially collected from me, plus $5000 that they made me spend to buy gift cards for them. I would like total of $5499.99 refunded to me.

I appeal that this case remain open for further investigation and I should be compensated for what I have paid.

On September 3rd, 2018, the screen of my laptop, all of a sudden, started flashing with a sign that indicated that my computer was locked, with the Microsoft's logo and a message that I had to call the phone number 844-433-2322 to resolve the issue. All that showed up on the screen led me to believe that this service provider was authorized by Microsoft. I called the number and the person on the other side immediately suggested that he needs to remotely operate my laptop to remove the problem and install a firewall to prevent this from happening again. (I am not the only one who became a victim in the exact same way and I have evidence of that.)

I would like you to note that ALL OF THIS WAS TOTALLY UNSOLICITED. I did not look for a company called Advikfast Solutions nor did I look for the phone number that I called. The phone number just showed up as a popup on my laptop screen insisting that I must call it to stop the problem. Clearly, Advikfast Solutions highjacked my laptop, forced me to call them and gave me no other choice but to buy their service. This is more than a problematic business practice but it is a criminal act.

At that time, I still thought this was Microsoft-authorized service and, however phony it seems now, the laptop was handed back to me rid of the apparent problem. My laptop appeared to work normal again, even though I now know that I had been completely deceived by the entire process.

Then, on January 12th, 2019, I received a call from a person who claimed to be "Shawn" who said the company that sold me the firewall was going out of business, and that I would be refunded in full but he has to make sure that the firewall be removed from my laptop. The details of what happened at that time is described in my initial report.

This person who called me on January 12, 2019, had my name, phone number and how much I had paid to Advikfast Solutions. When I spoke with Advikfast Solutions' security specialist, he said their system was never hacked. If that is the case, I can only suspect this is an inside job by a person who had access to my information. This security specialist also said that any refund must be processed within 30 days. The scammer waited until 30 days have long past. Regardless of that time limit, what the company had done to me in September 2018 was a scam to begin with. I demand that Advikfast Solutions refund the amount $499.99 that they made me pay, as well as $5000 that somebody associated with them fraudulently made me pay.

I got a virus warning from what I thought was Microsoft. When I called the number on screen, I was led to believe I needed virus protection.
In December 2018 I was using my computer when what I thought was a virus warning from Microsoft came on my screen. I called the number listed and was connected to someone I thought was from Microsoft. He said someone was trying to hack into my computer, and I didn't have any computer protection from it. I am not really computer technology savvy at all. I believed the person. He said he needed to take control of my computer to fix things. He then showed me what he said was one of my computer screens, and said this showed the hackers had tried to control my computer. He said I needed to get computer protection immediately and he transferred me to someone else. Long story short - he got me to electronically okay buying virus protection for $607. Immediately after hanging up I called one of my sons, who is in IT. He said the people I talked to were probably hackers. I cancelled my credit card immediately. My husband took my computer to Best Buy, where we had bought it. The clerk there removed what Advikfast had put on it, and said the virus protection they had initially sold me was intact. So, there was never any virus or any hackers. I can't believe a company could do something like this. I have filed a police report.

Desired Outcome

I want the $607 removed from my record. I also want my credit report intact.

My complaint is that there was never anything wrong with my computer in the first place. I was using my computer when suddenly a WARNING notice filled the computer screen. It said not to turn off the computer. There was a phone number to call for help. I called the number. Now - no one can say this did not happen, because why else would I call a computer tech support company in Maryland, when I live in Texas?

When I bought the computer earlier in 2018 I also bought Internet Security and Anti-Virus protection called Webroot. That was operating all the time.

During finals week my computer was "hacked into" by this company and I was coerced into buying their malware.
My laptop had a message from this company that stated my personal data was compromised and that my computer would not function correctly nor could I turn it off. I was told to call the number and the company presents itself as a subsidiary of Microsoft- I have a Microsoft computer. I spent an hour being manipulated by a representative from this company that insisted my computer would be inoperable - in the midst of finals!!- if I did not purchase malware through them. I was skeptical but eventually capitulated as I became desperate to get my computer back into working order. I realize now that this is a marketing ploy and while may be legal--?? is unethical. I am working to get a refund- the company rep was very rude and I am doubtful. I am hopeful that filing this report can expedite my money being returned to me . I am a 19 year old college student and do not have 300 dollars to waste. I had malware on my computer and this company removed it. They also threatened me that when they remove their malware they "aren't responsible for what happens to my computer" they also emailed me copies of contracts that I never electronically signed- I only verbally agreed via phone. This seems inappropriate also. ANy and all assistance is much appreciated.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for 289.00- the amount charged to my debit card.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company representative is lying .I only called back once to request refund and certainly not for additional assistance. Furthermore their pathetic attempt to disparage my character by falsely stating that I was viewing porn is ridiculous. This is untrue and is it professional practice to reveal to 3rd party browser history? No ! This response further proves how unprofessional this company is. Disgusting !

False advertising. Led me to believe they were part of Microsoft and used this to gain trust and business for them.
Problem/purchase date 9/3/2018

Payment amt. $250.00 for support plan
While on my email a message came blaring through computer stating computer is locked & their phone #844-433-2322 was flashing along with the word "Microsoft" behind it, which led me to believe it was Microsoft. I tried to close the message but could not. I called them & they assured me they were part of Microsoft but in fact are a "support provider" selling software to protect the computer. This appears their way to obtain business and sell their product. I was tricked into giving them access to my computer as I could not get out of the message on the computer. They installed their security firewall for a payment of $250 for a 3-year plan to have their support & protection from viruses. The next day I took it to a local computer company & they removed the program. I called my bank and filed a dispute for the charge & closed that credit card. As far as I know I will not be charged for this service via the bank. I have received two emails from Advikfast Solutions in the last two days and have "spammed" them. I did not open them. I feel I was tricked into buying this as they presented themselves as part of Microsoft and felt I should report them to Revdex.com of Maryland.

Desired Outcome

I want the public to be aware of this scam. I would like if somehow the company can be stopped getting into someone's computer and appearing to be associated with Microsoft. This is dangerous false advertising to me and should be illegal.

Hello Team,
As mention by the customer *** that computer was
hacked by the company called Advikfast Solutions is totally wrong.
Now let me tell you my point here , that customer called on our Toll
free number on o3rd of Sep 2018, My Technician Alex answered his
call then he said that he has got A Microsoft Alet on his computer
and he called on #844-433-2322 I don't Know how come he got
connected to us, because our Toll free number is + 1 -(844)-326-
8280. We helped and fixed his computer and it was a problem with
his microsoft operating system utilities file that was creating glitch
whenever he was opening any file or any files related to the same
extension.
Then my technician suggested him to relax and he suggested him
few logical and linear steps in order to diagnostic the problem, but
*** was not able to manage his instructions, so my
technician took his computer online and he started working on his
computer, he just installed few setup files that helped those files
which were creating problem with that computer and the proble got
fixed.
*** spents almost one hour with alex and and while in the
conversation our technican never used any word related to
microsoft or did not said that my company itself as a subsdiary of
microsoft. After fixing his computer customer agreed to pay $250
to Advikfast solutions LLC. customer Authorized the payment and
he paid this money after going to my website
(www.advikfastsolutions.com) from his computer once his computer
got fixed.

Dear Ms.

I have just been able to read this email today and also the email showing me the response from Advikfast Solutions. I greatly appreciate your keeping abreast of this situation. This is my response:

First of all, Advikfast Solutions refers to me as a male, I am a female and they certainly would know that by my voice. Irrelevant I know.

Secondly, Advikfast Solutions stated they did not know where I got the phone #844-433-2322. This is their technical support number shown on their paperwork and this was the number that flashed on my computer along with the word Microsoft stating loudly that my computer was locked and I had to call them. I will provide a copy of this if you wish. My bank first deducted the $250 from my credit card but has since put it back on as a charge stating it was not considered fraud due to the response they received from Advikfast Solutions. I called it fraud because to me it was a trick and therefore, fraud to me. They said too much time had passed for them to remove the money from my credit card so the bank did not resolve this as I thought. By the time the bank responds and the time I receive my credit card bill too much time had passed as I had reported the dispute to the bank on 9/5/18. On 12/21/18 after I was notified this by the bank I called Advikfast Solutions to close my account but was told they already closed it BECAUSE I DISPUTED IT and they were keeping my money!!! I am quite unhappy with this result and if you could further do something to have my money refunded to me I don't know what else to do.

Thank you for your time and concern
