Two separate orders were place with company. Initial order was placed on Black Friday and the company advised there was a glitch and that the box ordered would not be the correct one. Instead of just correcting the order. My son was advised to reorder due to possible stock selling out. A second order was placed on Cyber Monday, and we still have not received a package. They keep telling us that it will ship out this month, then next month and now 5 months later we still have not received items and have not been able to get a straight answer from any means of communication. We have text, email, sent direct messages and no response. I have asked for a refund due to length of time expecting a package from company. This was a Christmas present for my son and now it’s turn into such an unpleasant experience, dealing with a company that does not value their customers.

I ordered a cardigan from them on July 27, 2018 and still have not received it, when I asked for updates on the progress via email, and Instagram of my order I was ignored multiple times. In November I was told my order would be shipped out by the end of the month, it is now March 6, 2019 and I have yet to receive my order, or any information on where it is. I am also not the only one who hasn't gotten any information or their order, if you look through the company and the owners Instagram accounts you will see multiple people commenting about not receiving their merchandise, ordered months ago. I have asked for a refund multiple times and haven't gotten any responses at all, or my money back.
