Our customers are very important to us, and the last thing we want to do is upset them.

We had a new delivery agent in that area, and **. [redacted] mistakenly received delivery during his training period. The agent is now well aware of **. [redacted]'s address, and will no longer be making deliveries to his home. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
