I had surgery on 7/25/at Advocate Condell The amount is fully covered by insurance The insurance company paid the hospital in full The EOB (Explanation of benefits) shows the payment I contacted the hospital and they said to send them a copy of the EOB and they would investigate I sent them a copy by fax twice I called them and they said that I have to contact the insurance company because payment has not been received I contacted the insurance company and they show payment has been made and that the hospital has to contact them directly to initiate a trace if they can't find the payment I communicate this to the hospital and they said they can't do anything that the insurance company has to contact them directlyAdvocate has now sent me a second bill asking for $3,and refuses to take any action to look into the matter even after talking to someone again today and emailing them a copy showing the bill was paid in full by insurance with no amount due from the
