placed on hold with the collection agency on 4/14/17.   The medical record documentation and visit has been investigated and the care was appropriate.   Although, there was an opportunity for us related to timely communication back to the patient from our site. The family has been long standing patients with our medical group and we appreciate their feedback and take all complaint seriously. As part of Advocate Medical Group’s service recovery to our patient we have decided to waive the $29.85 bill and have notified collections as well.   Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
