In I was approached by a representative of this company *** ***, asking if he could check to see if there was damage to my roof during a storm in April He said there was and that I should contact my home insurance company and have their contractor come and view the damageBoth *** and the man from *** met and checked out the roof together and then *** notified me they would pay for the repairsAfter weeks a check arrived and I signed over the $to *** ***I had to pay for a $deductible myselfOver the course of months I called the company and spoke with *** and he said they were very busy and would get to my roof when they canI called *** other times and had to leave messages for someone to call me backI never did hear from them againI did find out they closed their office in Belpre Ohio and left no forward informationI need to know where to file a complaint
There were multiple issues pre construction with communication and constant lies about scheduling Once in construction, the crew took days to complete my roof when initially told day During those days multiple showers came through the area One of which they did not seal the roof prior to rain and an amount of water entered my attic and caused damage and left mold After repeated attempts to get them to complete their work and fix the damage they have now stopped answering my phone calls Never sent final invoice to insurance either after multiple request

The next week came and I called him and *** said he was running behind but there was only ahead of me! I called him Feb of his year and he said he promise the roof would be on by the end of April 30th 2016! No roof so I went on April and file a complaint with the *** **Sheriff office with Deputy *** *** and he told me there has been in already*** called *** ***l on April 29th and he told her there is ahead of meNow it is J
