in full on 04/14/and has not been turned over to collection.Is it possible the collection notice is from the Radiologist? I do not have the collection agency name or the name of the provider so am unable to provide any additional information.The account from Illinois Masonic has had no activity since April and was never sent to bad debt.Please let me know if you have any additional question or if I may be of any additional assistanceWe will await your reply if this case is deemed resolved for Advocate Illinois Masonic *** ***
