I'm a pretty patient person but Meca Properties push me the limit I should have paid attention to the warning signs years ago when I first started renting the property that when it came time to move out it would be a nightmare
I found the property listed on line and called no less than times to inquire about it before I finally got told that it was available the the steps to rent it After sigining the lease and picking up the keys, the assistant property manager thought it would be nice to inform me the at my pushy xxxxx ways wouldn't fly in xxxxx and that they call people back on their own time schedule Not a good sign, but I hoped the people that did the maintenance ran on a more prompt schedule if things needed repair while I was living in the property
Now that the landlord is selling property its gotten even worse First, I never heard back from them about how to put in a request that the construction company that is buying the place remember to keep the back gate closed so my dog doesn't get out again Second, it took over a week to hear back, with me calling twice, to find out since the house will be demolished if it was possible to leave early Since June is a popular move for moving, properites were filling up and I had to lock into something before they could get back to me
In general they are slow and don't follow up with people They either need to hire more people if the volume of inquires/complaints/whatever is to high that they don't have time to call peopel back or they need to have a training on why its important to call people back I'm happy that I will be living in a new place that has more efficient and professional staff
