I am rejecting this response because:
We have not received anything stating that she will not be pursuing further payment from us.  Once I receive a letter stating that the account is zero balance and nothing is due, we will accept and as she stated 'walk away'.  My attempts with the Revdex.com (which I guess is what she is calling social media) and OCS was not to defame her or her business but to memorialize our dis-satisfaction as it seemed she was pursuing legal action.  Without a file of complaint we had no record outside of personal emails to Trish to memorialize our side.  
Once we get her letter of zero balance and no further action as she referred, we will accept and close this complaint with the Revdex.com, as we will with the OCS also.
