Adwear USA

Review: [redacted] placed an order for t-shirts with Adwear USA on July 7, 2014. When the order was placed it was paid for in-full. The order was for 100 royal blue t-shirts and 2 sweat shirts. Total amount paid for the order was $793.80. Last week we still had not received the shirts or any contact from Adwear. However, the check for payment of the shirts was cashed through our PTA account in July. When we contacted the company's owner, [redacted], we were told he was unaware of any order. He stated that his wife took the order and did not tell him. He also stated that he had no funds to fill our order at this time. A message had to be sent to him detailing our order because he could not locate our invoice. He stated that the only way he would be able to fill our order was if he used white t-shirts that he already had in stock. [redacted] decided that we did not want the shirts in white and asked for a refund if the original order could not be filled. Mr. Hesse stated he did not have the money and the only he could do is fill the order with white shirts. He offer no other solutions or compensation.Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like a full refund of $793.80.
