7 Years of Success with Adwerx Across Multiple Industries
I've been using Adwerx for the past eight years, spanning across various industries, and I can confidently say that the results have been nothing short of fantastic. Adwerx has proven to be a powerful and cost-effective advertising solution that has consistently outperformed my expectations. As someone who has extensively used Google Ads in the past, I can attest that Adwerx's affordability is a game-changer.

One of the standout features of Adwerx is its incredible ROI. Over the years, I've utilized this platform for real estate, e-commerce, and even small local businesses, and it has consistently delivered impressive results. The ad targeting and customization options are robust, ensuring that my campaigns reach the right audience with precision. This has translated into increased website traffic, higher conversion rates, and ultimately, greater revenue for my clients and myself.

The most remarkable aspect of Adwerx is its affordability. When compared to Google Ads, the cost savings are substantial. It's refreshing to see such a powerful advertising tool that doesn't break the bank. This affordability has allowed me to allocate my budget more effectively, experimenting with various campaigns and strategies without worrying about overspending.

While I haven't had to deal with their cancellation policy yet (a testament to my satisfaction with their services), Adwerx's customer support has always been responsive and helpful. They are readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have, which adds to the overall positive experience of using their platform.

Tired of All of the Issues!
I am sick and tired of the continued issues trying to get ads up and running! It's not worth the hassle and the customer service help is useless. Do Not waste your time or money!

THEY KEEP CHARGING ME FOR NO ADS
This company is a rip off they are charging my credit card with no active ad campaigns.
It give you nowhere to get out of the subscription.

Money down the drain
Adwerx appeared to be such a great opportunity to build my business. I paid more than $1600 to seize their offer. GOT NO LEADS! GOT NO FOLLOW-UPS! I should have realized when they made me sign a year-round agreement. DELETE ANY OPPORTUNITY FROM ADWERX!

They steal your money
They renewed my ad with-out my consent. The problem was I paid $4000 for the year and received nothing beneficial. I could not wait for the year to be done and then they changed me again. I've tried to cancel and they will not. I'm having to dispute the charge with my husbands credit card. The ad is in my name and they changed a 3rd party credit card. I can go on and on! I wish I looked them up first, but they had a class through my real estate office, so I assumed it was going to be GREAT! The BBB has major complaints about them as well. Pass the word!

They have automatically renewed my contract without mentioning anything and they refuse to give me my full refund and cancel this contractI am real estate agent, I have signed up with Adwrex June 2015 it was a contract and I have agreed. They never mention anything about automatic renewal. Two days ago I have found they withdrawn $699 from my account with no permission and renewed my contract. During 2015 I found out that this service is not good and it only waste of money and I have called them to cancel it but they have convinced me to try it for a year. Now after a year they have just rip me off and took the money from my account. When I called to cancel the representative [redacted] said it is a contract and he cannot cancel it.. Seriously.. then he said we can break it down to quarterly contract and we can refund you $500 and keep the rest for our first quarter. I said I do not want this service and I need to cancel the whole thing and send me my refund back. That was horrible.. They are ripping of realtors..I have never seen such thing before.Desired SettlementI need to cancel this contract and get my full refund backBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], VP Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@adwerx.comWe genuinely care about our customers so we take these matters seriously. Auto-renewals are tricky because most of our customers are grateful that we do it and have requested this functionality. We know that real estate agents and brokers wear a hundred different hats. Forgetting to renew often leads to losing their spot/s to other agents who were on the waitlist. These were equally difficult conversations and an unacceptable option to them. So our policy now reflects the details of auto renewal in our contracts/terms.Many online businesses are extending auto-renewals as a courtesy to customers. We acknowledge that it is not for everyone. Therefore, for customers who like to manually manage renewals and subscriptions, they may turn off the auto renew at any time. The option can be found under the "edit/release zip codes" link in their customer dashboard, by following the process to the end.

I am a Real Estate Agent, I have been trying to cancel my subscription to Adwerx by directly contact an Adwerx representative.First contact was on August 20, 2015; at that time I was told they would cancel, but would not refund the three month charge. Since than they have charged my account a second time. Second contact was on November 2, 20015, same representative was abrasive and argumentative. I was told at this time I would have cancel online, they would not refund my money.Desired SettlementI am requesting that my subscription to Aswerx be canceled and my charge be refunded.Business Response We take customer feedback very seriously at Adwerx. Fortunately, we were able to listen to the concerns of this customer regarding our refund policy and determine a satisfactory resolution for everyone. We welcome any opportunity to discuss our products and share user stories on how others are using our product successfully to advertise their brand."

Adwerx charged me for an unauthorized 1 year renewal costing over $1123. They offered only a proprated refund. After an unsuccessful ad campaign which ran for a year, I cancelled by phone prior to my renewal date, which was not automatic.Adwerx processed my renewal even after an unsuccessful, high pressure attempt to get me to renew.I saw the charge to my Visa, called immediately, and they wanted only to prorate, which was unacceptable because I cancelled. No auto renewal was agreed to.Desired SettlementI want the [redacted] charge reversed without negotiation. This complaint has been resolved with Adwerx.Thank you.

We have released zip codes, and they are going to keep on file for me $818.00 and not refund it to the card on file. Our client, [redacted] bought $800+ dollars in advertising last year. She has since moved 60 miles from where this advertising was placed. I also moved from Midland to San Antonio in the last month. The renewal email was sent, and got misplaced. The auto renewal was not selected by us, it is their (ADWERX) program default. So, we cancelled and released the zip codes today. And because "Their Policy" is not to refund the monies, they are going to give us a credit on their website for $818.00 instead. We did not agree to this, and don't accept it. The renewal email we missed said:1. Hi [redacted],Your Adwerx campaign (details below) will automatically renew on Aug 7, 2016. No action is required. To manage your account, log in here.Note: There are 20 people on the waiting list for your zip code spots.Campaign: [redacted] (2015-08-05)Zip Codes: XXXXXRenewal Amount: $480.00Renewal Date: Aug 7, 2016 2. Hi [redacted],Your Adwerx campaign (details below) will automatically renew on Aug 7, 2016. No action is required. To manage your account, log in here.Note: There is one person on the waiting list for your zip code spots.Campaign: [redacted] (2015-08-05)Zip Codes: XXXXXRenewal Amount: $384.00Renewal Date: Aug 7, 2016 Now, since the first says 20 people are waiting for those zip codes they should have no problem selling the space. And second, the next email says that zip code had one person waiting. Atlanta Georgia is a city with 6 million people, and I think its just bad business not to put the money back on [redacted]'s Card.I have another broker using the account, and I will get him to cancel. I won't be a 'CUSTOMER' ever again.Sincerely[redacted]Desired SettlementI need ADWERX to refund the Monies owed to my client, [redacted] when she released the prior years' zip codes, today around 9am, August 23, 2016. They owe her the remainder of ad monies that weren't used. It renewed August 7th. So What ever the remainder of those amounts needs to be credited to her card.Business Response Hi [redacted], We understand your frustration and care about our customers so we take these matters seriously. The reason we have auto-renewal is because of requests from customers who didn't want to lose their spots at the end of their campaign and having it go to someone else. Many online businesses are extending auto-renewals as a courtesy to customers. We acknowledge that it is not for everyone. Therefore, for customers who like to manually manage renewals and subscriptions, they may turn off the auto renew at any time. Agents can view their renewal date and opt-out of the auto-renew at any time by going to their campaign page and choosing Edit>Release Zip Codes and choosing to not auto-renew. We are upfront with our renewal policy and state it at checkout and it is also on the terms & conditions page on our website. We're sorry there was confusion for your campaign but since you have ad credit left with us, we would love for you to try Adwerx again especially since brand advertising is a long term play. We hope we have helped with the issue. Consumer Response The above statement is totally incorrect. The only way to not renew or not-auto renew is to completely release the zip codes. And, the fact is they are holding an $818 dollar credit on my account that is my customers money. I will not be advertising with ADWERX ever again, because of the shady practices, and because they will not release the $818.00 to my customers Credit Card. Therefore it will just sit there until this is resolved. They have lost not only one customer, but all of my customers.Sincerely,[redacted]XXX-XXX-XXXXFinal Business Response Adwerx has reached out to [redacted] to come to a mutually acceptable resolution. Unfortunately, she is unwilling to accept responsibility in the situation for missing the multiple emails stating the campaign would be auto renewed. We will now contact the customer, [redacted] , directly to discuss further. We care deeply about this complaint and want to come to an agreement regarding this matter that complies with our policies as well as factors in the considerations of changed circumstances.

I wanted to cancel my campaign with Adwerx and never intended to renew, lack of communication has caused my campaign to renew and the will not cancelI had signed on for a quarterly campaign with Adwerx back in roughly March, soon after I spoke with a rep in the phone regarding my displeasure with their service, they informed me because my campaign was quarterly it was to late to cancel for this quarter but I would be contacted regarding my concern to cancel and because of my concern to cancel they would take off auto renew, this did not happen they renewed my account with out notice and charged me which was not what I was told would be done when it would be time to renew. I called two days after the renew and they refuse to assist me with a cancel to a refund. I would like a cancel of current campaign and a refundDesired Settlementcancel to a full refund of last renuelBusiness Response Hey [redacted],We realize it can be pretty hard to keep up with all the services you can sign up for that auto renew (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Renters Agreements, etc.). To help with that we include the campaign renewal date in each daily report email and we also are one of the few services that send a dedicated email reminder 7 days in advance of the campaign's renewal date. Additionally, any customer can view their renewal date and opt-out of the auto-renew at any time by going to their campaign page and choosing Edit>Release Zip Codes. You won't release your zip codes at that time, but that will stop the auto renewal feature. Then when your campaign ends, your zip codes will be released and available to other agents in those zip codes. We auto renew like many contracts and on-line services because we offer a limited number of advertising spots per zip code and most of our customers want to avoid losing those spots to other agents they compete with for customers and mind share. Here is a link to the terms and conditions that each customer agrees to when they sign up: https://www.adwerx.com/terms. Please feel free to read our refund policy included at that link.Consumer Response My issue is above the fact the I had spoken with someone over the phone months prior to my campaign ending and shared my desires to no longer continue, at that time I was under the impression that my campaign would run it's own course and not auto continue. it seems that I was missed informed and your company intentionally makes things more difficult so that your company can maximize as much profit as possible. You intentionally over whelm people with useless emails as well to make it easier for you to rip people off. If I expressed my desire several months ago to no longer continue and obviously that wish was incompletely ignored that is a sign that it was done deliberately ignored for your convenience not mine, I will make sure to file a complaint on every consumer website to ensure as many people know as possible about your companies business practice, you're are unethical and immoral. Final Business Response [redacted],We do our best to be as transparent as possible and give our agents maximum control over their advertising to make it as easy as possible to run their advertising, it's hard to please everyone, but we try. Our platform is a self service platform and it is our policy to not cancel our customers' advertising on their behalf due to the competitive nature of our product and the limited number of spots per zip code. This helps protect our customers from fraudulent cancellations and allows them to take responsibility for their advertising. We have checked our records for a communication from you, but do not see a record of an inbound call from the number we have on file. If you'd like to provide us with the number you called from we'd be happy to see if there are any records we are missing and can research the matter further.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)this is no resolution, and they only option the website ever offered was a credit, why would anybody want a refund in the form of a credit if they don't like your services.

Deceptive automatic billing issues, they offer a 3-day trial version and if you don't go to their website and stop the process it automatically startsI absolutely detest when you are asked to start a trial version of something and the company will automatically start it up. As a consumer, I feel that this practice is just a way to rip people off, especially when it is embedded in a trial version, without some form of communication, (like an email and the ability to opt-in) to convert, continue or start up a program like this. This practice is truly an unscrupulous tactic to extort money!!!!Desired SettlementI want my trial subscription cancelled. The entire amount for the "trial version", charged to my credit card, refunded for a subscription that I did not sign up or opt-in for. I will agree to pay for the services that I originally signed up for and NOTHING else.Business Response Adwerx is strongly committed to our customer's success. In regards to the free trial conversion, it is explicitly stated "Your free trial will run for 3 days. You can cancel at any time. After 3 days, your ad will continue at a rate of $99.00/month, and you will be charged $297 quarterly." The user has to confirm and launch before the trial begins. We want customers to be satisfied with the Services. However, when users purchase Services from us, we make a commitment to our advertising partners for the length of the campaign. Because we are making this commitment on our users's behalf, and incur costs as a result, we do not offer refunds for the Services once they have been purchased. Our terms and conditions clearly state:However, in two limited situations we may provide a refund: Product malfunction. In order to be considered a "product malfunction" the user must report the malfunction to [email protected] while the Services are still active, and the product malfunction must be verified by us. The final determination as to whether a report qualifies as a product malfunction is at our sole and absolute discretion. Billing error. In order to be considered a "billing error" the user must provide either: (i) the cancellation confirmation number; or (ii) must forward the cancellation confirmation email to [email protected]. The cancellation confirmation number or the cancellation confirmation email must show that the user canceled the Services before (not on or after) the renewal date on file for the Service in question. If you elect to cancel the Services early, we do not provide a refund for the remainder of the quarter, year, or billing period for the canceled Service.TERMINATION. You may terminate your use of the Site at any time. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions with respect to any Service provided you have paid all applicable Service Fees by effecting a termination from your account. We may cancel your user registration and terminate your use of the Site or Services at any time with or without cause, in our sole discretion, and with or without notice, including for your failure to make any payment when due or your breach of your representations, warranties, and covenants in these Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that we have no obligation to monitor your use of the Site or Services. We may delete any of your User Content, information, or other data from the Site or Services at any time, and we have no obligation to maintain copies of any deleted information. Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should continue after termination of your use of the Site or any Services will continue to apply even after the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site or any Services.
